Running the Client Assessment Tool (CAT) in Windows Vista
If you receive an Access Denied error while running CAT, Internet Explorer may not be running as an Administrator. To run Internet Explorer as an administrator, Right Click on Internet Explorer and click Run as Administrator.

If you continue to experience problems please call Client Support 631-632-9800, we are in the testing phase with MS Vista but assisting students as time permits.
