If you have installed the Windows Live Toolbar with the OneCare Advisor, the Client Assessment Tool, CAT believes that you have Microsoft OneCare as your anti-virus program.

In order to pass CAT you must locate the Windows Live Toolbar Options (on the tool bar in Microsoft Internet Explorer) and remove the OneCare check box. See below.
